By purchasing a ticket in the Canadian Cancer Society 2024 Rock the Road Raffle, the 50/50 Draw and Cash Calendar, the purchaser(s) acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Rules and Regulations. The liability of the licensee shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket, which is not tax deductible. Tickets will be available until midnight, April 19, 2024 or, in the case of Rock the Road Raffle and Cash Calendar, while supplies last. All tickets purchased will be issued in sequential order. Ticket purchasers should receive their e-tickets within a few minutes of placing their order. It is the responsibility of purchasers to ensure they have received their ticket(s) before the draws commence. The Canadian Cancer Society does not accept responsibility for ticket orders not received on time or at all. If you have not received your ticket(s), please contact the customer service line at (866) 619-8162 for a replacement. Only one method of payment will be accepted with any ticket order. All tickets in a bundle pack must contain the same purchaser name(s) and contact information. The ticket will be sent to the primary ticket purchaser. It is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to share win information and prize(s) with any other person(s) associated with winning ticket(s). Draw times are approximate. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and claimed within six months after the draw date. In the event of a discrepancy, the official records of the Canadian Cancer Society will be deemed final. Unclaimed prizes will be reported to, and a charitable allocation will be approved by, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. All draws will be conducted at Miratel Solutions, 3-2501 Steeles Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario M3J 2P1. All draws will be made using Random Number Generator (RNG) software, registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. Miratel will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible ticket numbers for each of the prize draws listed below. All winners will be notified by email within one week with instructions on how to redeem their prize(s). Winners will also be contacted by phone. All winners will be published online, at RocktheRoadRaffle.ca by 5:00 p.m. on the day of each prize draw. In the case of the Cash Calendar, winners will be published on the day associated with the prize. Winners agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes by the Canadian Cancer Society.

Only tickets that have been paid for and been verified as paid for are eligible for the respective draws. Tickets must be purchased in Ontario and purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets are only refundable up until the first draw for which the tickets qualify. The following persons are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Members of the Board of Directors and employees of the Canadian Cancer Society and registered gaming suppliers.
Tickets are $25 each or 3 for $60, 7 for $100, or 20 for $200, and single tickets are limited to 6,000 orders. Bundles are available for purchase containing Rock the Road Raffle tickets, 50/50 Draw tickets and Cash Calendar tickets. The combination packs include 25 Rock the Road Raffle tickets, 25 Cash Calendar tickets and 200 50/50 Draw tickets for $400. Only 94,000 tickets will be available for purchase. There are 12 prizes with a total value of $423,912.97, inclusive of all applicable taxes, service and destination charges. The Rock the Road Raffle is officially completed with the publication of the Grand Prize and 50/50 Draw winning tickets on April 29, 2024.
Prizes may not be exactly as shown. The five (5) VIP Prize draws for the Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort Vacation ($6,000 value) or $5,000 cash will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on February 23, 2024. To be eligible, tickets must be purchased by midnight, February 16, 2024. The Bonus Prize draw for a choice of The Rocky Mountain Rail Tour Vacation ($20,000 value), The Bucket List Fishing Trip Vacation ($20,000 value), or $17,000 cash will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on March 22, 2024. The Grand Prize draw order is: one draw for a Sea-Doo Spark Trixx 3 Seater and trailer (value $15,591.74) or $12,000 cash, one draw for a Harley-Davidson Softail Standard (value $22,656.08) or $17,000 cash, one draw for a Coachman Apex Nano (value $57,425.47) or $45,000 cash, one draw for a Bayliner VR5 (value $78,199.96) or $61,000 cash, and one draw for a Chevrolet Corvette and a Cancun Barcelo Maya Riviera Vacation (value $145,039.72) or $125,000 cash. All automobile, craft and recreational vehicle prizes are 2024 models. Winner(s) must accept the selected prize as awarded or take the cash alternative. If a vehicle option is selected, the winner is responsible for the licensing and insuring of vehicle(s) from the time of ownership. Delivery times for certain vehicles may vary. Vacation prizes are awarded as a travel supplier credit to the primary ticket holder for the full value of the described vacation package at the time of licensing. One prize will be awarded in the 50/50 Draw. The total value of this single cash prize will be one-half of the total proceeds received via ticket sales. The 50/50 Draw will be conducted on April 29, 2024, following the Grand Prize draws for the Rock the Road Raffle. To be eligible, tickets must be purchased by April 19, 2024. The minimum guaranteed payout is $50,000 and there is no maximum. 50/50 Draw tickets can only be ordered in conjunction with the Rock the Road Raffle. Tickets are 3 for $10, 10 for $25, 50 for $50 and 200 for $100. There is no limit to the number of 50/50 Draw tickets that can be sold. If all the Rock the Road Raffle tickets held by a ticket holder become invalid, all 50/50 Draw tickets associated with the ticket holder will also become invalid. The winning ticket information will be published at RocktheRoadRaffle.ca on April 29, 2024.
Ticket prices are $10 each or 3 for $25, 8 for $50 and 20 for $100. There are 70,500 tickets available for purchase. Cash Calendar prizes include, in draw order, one Kick-Off Prize of $10,000 cash, one Daily Cash Prize of $1,000 for each day of May (total of 31 prizes), one Weekly Bonus Cash Prize of $5,000 for each of May 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31 (total of 5 prizes) and one Grand Prize $50,000 cash. There are 38 prizes in all, with a total value of $141,000.00. Cash Calendar tickets can only be ordered in conjunction with the Rock the Road Raffle tickets. If all the Rock the Road tickets held by a ticket holder become invalid, all Cash Calendar tickets associated with the ticket holder will also become invalid. All draws will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on April 29, 2024, following the 50/50 Draw prize draw.
