By purchasing a ticket in the Canadian Cancer Society 2026 Rock the Road Raffle, the 50/50 Draw and/or Cash Calendar, the purchaser(s) acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Rules and Regulations. The liability of the licensee shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket, which is not tax deductible. Tickets will be available until midnight, April 24, 2026 or, in the case of Rock the Road Raffle and Cash Calendar, while supplies last. Ticket purchasers should receive their e-tickets via email within a few minutes of placing their order. It is the responsibility of purchasers to ensure they have received their ticket(s) before the draws commence. The Canadian Cancer Society does not accept responsibility for ticket orders not received on time or at all. All tickets in a bundle pack must contain the same purchaser name(s) and contact information. The ticket will be sent to the primary ticket purchaser. It is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to share win information and prize(s) with any other person(s) associated with winning ticket(s). Draw times are approximate. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and claimed within six months after the draw date. In the event of a discrepancy, the official records of Miratel Solutions will be deemed final. Unclaimed prizes will be reported to, and a charitable allocation will be approved by, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. All draws will be conducted at MiraTel Solutions, 3-2501 Steeles Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario M3J 2P1. All draws will be made using Random Number Generator (RNG) software, registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. MiraTel will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible ticket numbers for each of the prize draws listed below. All winners will be notified by email and/or phone within one week of prize publication with instructions on how to redeem their prize(s). Prize winners may be required to provide identification verifying an age of 18 years or older. All cash prizes and prize cashout alternatives will be paid directly to the primary ticket holder via cheque. All winners will be published online, at RocktheRoadRaffle.ca by 5:00 p.m. on the day of each prize draw. In the case of the Cash Calendar, winners will be published on the day associated with their prize. Winners agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes by the Canadian Cancer Society.

Only tickets that have been paid for and been verified as paid for are eligible for the respective draws. Tickets must be purchased in Ontario and purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets are refundable only up until the first draw for which they qualify. The following persons are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Members of the Board of Directors and employees of the Canadian Cancer Society and registered gaming suppliers.
Tickets are $25 each or 3 for $60, 7 for $100, or 20 for $200. Single tickets are limited to 20,000, and 3-pack tickets are limited to 45,000 (15,000 orders). A combination ticket bundle is also available, which includes 30 Rock the Road Raffle tickets ($250), 30 Cash Calendar tickets ($100) and 250 50/50 Draw tickets ($100) for $450. The minimum guaranteed payout is $50,000 and there is no maximum. 50/50 Draw tickets can only be ordered in conjunction with the Rock the Road Raffle. If all the Rock the Road Raffle tickets held by a ticket holder become invalid, all 50/50 Draw tickets associated with the ticket holder will also become invalid.
